This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of digital content and services on Climate Capital’s Substack [“the Blog”]. By subscribing to our paid content, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Subscription Access & Delivery

• Upon successful payment, users will receive immediate access to the premium content available on the Blog.

• Subscription access is tied to the registered email and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

• In case of any delays or access issues, users should contact a Climate Capital team member on LinkedIn - or reach out through Substack support.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are billed on a monthly or annual basis.

• Prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed before purchase, and users will receive an email confirmation after successful payment.

• If a payment fails, access to premium content may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Access to premium content will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of accidental duplicate charges or technical errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.

5. Account & Access Issues

• Users must ensure their login credentials remain confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to credential sharing.

6. Content Availability

• While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, there may be occasional maintenance or updates that temporarily restrict access to content.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove premium content as necessary.

7. Changes to This Policy

• Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
